Central Coast FC, formerly known as ''Central Coast Lightning'' is a semi-professional soccer club, based and located on the Central Coast of New South Wales. They are the main "feeder" club for the professional A-League club, the . == Senior team history ==
The Lightning has played in the NSW Super League for close to 8 years, each year doing well, but not well enough to finish in the finals or be promoted into the NSW Premier League. Since 2005, they have reached the knock-out stages, but falling short of the Grand Final.
